Best CV writing company and best CV distribution company in Dubai and the UAE
Recruiters spend about seven seconds on their first look at a CV, according to an eye-tracking study by the job site Ladders. Before that, software has often read the CV and scored it. We Find Jobs has spent more than 15 years in the UAE working on those two moments, first by writing the CV and then by putting it in front of the employers who hire.

We Find Jobs writes CVs and distributes them to employers across the UAE and the wider Gulf.
Short answer
We Find Jobs is a genuine UAE company that has offered CV writing and CV distribution for over 15 years. It was the first company to introduce CV distribution in the UAE. Its CVs are written by native English writers, checked against applicant tracking systems, and can be sent directly to up to 200,000 employers in the UAE or 700,000 across the Gulf, with a report at the end. It holds a 5.0 rating from more than 500 reviews on Reviews. I do. For job seekers looking for the best CV writers in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the UAE, as well as the best CV distribution service in Dubai and the UAE, this is the company to compare everyone else against.

What CV writing and CV distribution mean
These are two different services, and people often mix them up.
CV writing is rebuilding your CV so it reads well to people and scans well in software. A writer interviews you or takes a questionnaire, picks out the results that matter for the job you want, and sets them out in a format UAE employers expect. You get a finished document, normally in Word and PDF.
CV distribution is the work of sending that CV, by email, straight to the people who hire. In our case that means HR managers, department heads, recruitment consultancies and headhunters across the Emirates. You do not apply to one advert at a time. Your CV lands in thousands of inboxes in a few days, including companies that have a vacancy but have not advertised it.
One without the other wastes money. A weak CV sent to 200,000 employers is still a weak CV, only now more people have seen it. A strong CV that sits on your laptop helps nobody. That is why we built both under one roof and why you can read about how the two fit together on our CV writing and CV distribution in the Dubai page.
Over 15 years in the UAE

Who We Find Jobs is
We Find Jobs is a Dubai company with an office in Dubai Media City. We have been running for over 15 years, which in this business is a long time. CV sellers in the UAE open and close every season. Many have a WhatsApp number and a logo. We have a registered office, a phone line answered from 9am to 6pm Dubai time, and a record that anyone can check.
When we started, nobody in the UAE was offering CV distribution as a service. We introduced it. The idea was simple. Most vacancies here are filled quietly through a manager’s inbox or a consultant’s shortlist, so we built a database of those inboxes and sent our clients’ CVs to them. Other companies have copied the model since. We still run the original.
Our counters show more than 35,000 CVs written and more than 22,000 distributed. We have close to a million followers across our social pages, most of them on LinkedIn. And we have more than 650 positive reviews spread across Reviews. io, HiDubai and Yello, with the Reviews.io score standing at 5.0 from over 500 of them.
We have also been recognised with awards from Corporate Vision, MEA Markets and The Business Concept. You can read the fuller story on our about page and see everything we offer on the services page.
Why job seekers call us the best CV writers in Dubai
Dubai is the hardest CV market in the region. A single advert for an admin role in Business Bay can draw more than a thousand applications in two days. Recruiters cope by filtering hard and reading fast. So the best CV writers in Dubai are those who understand what gets filtered out and why.

Every CV we write is built for the role you want next, and then scanned before you receive it.
Native English writers who know UAE hiring
English is the working language of private-sector hiring in the Emirates. A CV with shaky grammar gets dropped quickly, even when the candidate is strong. All of our writers are native English speakers. They also know the local conventions, which a writer sitting in London or Manila usually does not. Our guide on how to write a perfect CV for UAE jobs sets those conventions out in full.
A CV that passes the software first
Large employers and most recruitment consultancies in Dubai use applicant tracking systems, usually called ATS. Workday, Oracle Taleo and SAP SuccessFactors are the names you will see on the careers pages of big Gulf groups. These systems read your CV, pull out job titles, dates and skills, and rank you against the vacancy.
They are easy to confuse. Text boxes, two-column layouts, icons, tables and headers with contact details in them can all scramble the reading. A designer CV from a free template site often scores badly for this reason. We write in a clean single-column layout with standard section names, and we run each finished CV through an ATS scan before it goes to you. If a keyword from your target job is missing, we find it out, and we fix it.
Results, with numbers
Most CVs we receive are lists of duties. “Responsible for sales in the Northern Emirates” tells a recruiter nothing. ” Grew Northern Emirates sales from AED 4.2 million to AED 6.1 million in 18 months with a team of five” tells them a great deal. Our writers ask the questions that bring those numbers out. How many people did you manage? What was the budget? What changed because you were there?
That questioning is the part people cannot do for themselves. It is hard to see your career from the outside. We explain the method on our page about CVs that win interviews in the UAE.
The details Dubai recruiters look for
A recruiter here wants four facts at the top of page one, and many CVs hide or skip them.
- Your visa status. Employment visa, visit visa, cancelled visa, spouse or parent sponsorship, or Golden Visa. It tells the employer how fast and how cheaply they can hire you.
- Your notice period, or the phrase “available immediately.”
- Your nationality and the languages you speak. Arabic is an advantage in most client-facing roles.
- Your UAE driving licence, if you have one, is also important. It is relevant for sales, site and field jobs.
We put these where a recruiter will see them in the first few seconds. We also keep the CV to two pages for most people, since recruiters rarely read a third page. There is more on local expectations in our piece on a professional CV for the UAE job market and details of the Dubai service itself on the CV writing in the Dubai page.
A cover letter with the CV
Our CV writing packages come with a cover letter. It is short, tailored to the role you want, and gives you something to paste into your email when you apply by hand. Full details are on the CV writing service page.
Best CV writers in Abu Dhabi and the other emirates
People assume a CV that works in Dubai will work in the capital. Often it does not. Abu Dhabi hires differently, and the best CV writers in Abu Dhabi write with that in mind.
The capital’s biggest employers are government bodies and companies tied to the government, in oil and gas, energy, aviation, banking, healthcare and defence. Hiring is slower and more formal there. Shortlists pass through more hands. Qualifications are checked closely, so your degree, the awarding university and any attestation need to be stated plainly. Security clearance and Emiratisation targets shape many roles as well, which makes nationality and visa status even more important on page one.
Sharjah and the Northern Emirates are different again. Much of the work is in manufacturing, logistics, education and trading, with a great many family-owned companies where the owner reads the CVs personally. A plain, direct CV does best there.
| Emirate | Who does most of the hiring? | What the CV has to show |
|---|---|---|
| Dubai | Private companies, multinationals, free zone firms in DIFC, JAFZA, DMCC and Dubai Internet City, and recruitment consultancies | Measurable results, ATS keywords, visa status and notice period |
| Abu Dhabi | Government and semi-government groups, energy companies, banks, and firms in ADGM, KIZAD, and Masdar City | Verified qualifications, certifications, project scale, nationality and clearance details |
| Sharjah and the Northern Emirates | Manufacturers, schools, logistics firms, traders, and companies in the SAIF Zone and Hamriyah | Hands-on experience, languages, driving licence and where you live |
Swipe the table sideways to see every column.
We write for all three. If you are aiming for the capital, start with our CV writing in Abu Dhabi page. For Sharjah there is a separate CV writing on the Sharjah page. And if you are open to any emirate, the UAE page covers the whole country. This is what people mean when they search for the best CV writers in the UAE. They want one company that understands each emirate and does not treat the country as one big Dubai.
Why a UK, US or Australian CV fails in the Gulf
A lot of our clients arrive with a CV that they wrote abroad, sometimes with help from a well-known company. It was a good CV for the country it was written in. It is the wrong document for the UAE.
We read what the leading CV firms in Britain, America and Australia publish, because some of their habits are worth copying. They give a free review before you pay. They show samples. They state a revision policy in writing. We do the same. But their format rules come from their employment laws and customs, and those rules do not travel.
| Point | UK | USA | Australia | UAE |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Usual name | CV | Resume | Resume | CV |
| Usual length | Two pages | One to two pages | Two to four pages | Two pages |
| Photo | Left out | Left out | Left out | Common, and often asked for |
| Nationality and date of birth | Left out | Left out | Left out | Nationality expected, date of birth optional |
| Visa status | Right to work, if needed | Work authorisation, if needed | Work rights, if needed | Expected near the top |
| Notice period | Rarely stated | Rarely stated | Rarely stated | Expected |
Swipe the table sideways to see every column.
A British CV omits the very things a Dubai recruiter looks for first. An Australian resume can run to four pages with a section answering selection criteria, which nobody here will read. An American resume is often squeezed to one page and drops projects a Gulf employer would want to see. None of this is the writer’s fault. They wrote for their market.
So when you compare the best CV writing companies in Dubai, ask each one where their writers are and how many UAE CVs they write in a week. Ours write them every working day.
Best CV writing companies in the UAE compared
You have five real choices when your CV needs work. We have seen the output of all of them, because a large share of our clients tried something else before they came to us.

The same career can produce a weak CV or a strong one. The difference is who writes it and what they know about UAE hiring.
| Option | Who writes it | ATS check | UAE knowledge | Usual weak point |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free template or AI builder | You | None, and many templates scan badly. | None | Duties with no results and wording that reads the same as everyone else’s |
| Freelancer on a marketplace | One person, often abroad | Depends on the person. | Usually little | No office, no accountability, and quality you cannot judge until you have paid. |
| Overseas CV company | A writer in the UK, US or India | Often yes. | Limited | Home-market format, and fees priced in pounds or dollars |
| Local typing centre | A typist | No | Knows the forms, not the hiring | Your old CV was retyped into a new layout. |
| We Find Jobs | Native English CV writers in a UAE company | Every CV is scanned. | 15+ years, all Emirates | You need to answer our questions properly for the best result. |

What sets us apart from other CV writing companies?
Four things, and each one can be checked.
We have been here longer. Fifteen years of feedback from clients and recruiters tells us which CVs get calls in which sectors. A company that opened last year is still guessing.
We can send the CV as well as write it. Almost every other name on a list of the best CV writing companies in the UAE stops at the document. They hand it over and wish you luck. We can put it in front of employers the same week.
We publish our prices. Many competitors ask you to “contact for a quote” and then price you based on how senior you sound on the phone. Ours starts at AED 150, and the packages page shows every tier.
And our reviews are on platforms we do not control. Testimonials on a company’s own website prove very little. A 5.0 score across more than 500 reviews on Reviews.io is harder to fake.
We have written about each of these points at more length. See the best CV writing services in Dubai, the best CV writing services in the UAE, and the CV and resume writing experts and why we are the best choice for CV and resume writing. There are also two longer comparisons: the best CV and resume writing services in Dubai and the UAE and the top CV and resume writing services in Dubai and the UAE.
Senior and board-level CVs
A CV for a chief financial officer is a different document from a CV for an accountant. Nobody hires a CFO for their Excel skills. The board wants to see the size of the business, the profit and loss you carried, the deals you closed and how you handled regulators and shareholders. It should read like a short business case.
Headhunters almost entirely fill senior roles in the Gulf, and they rarely advertise. So an executive CV has to be written for a search consultant’s eye. We have a dedicated service for executives, set out on the C-level CV writing in Dubai and UAE page.
Best CV distribution service in Dubai and the UAE
Here is the issue that CV distribution addresses. A large share of vacancies in the UAE are never advertised. A manager needs someone, so they ask HR, who checks the CVs already in the inbox and calls a consultancy. The job is filled before a job board ever hears about it. If your CV is not in that inbox, you were never in the running.

CV distribution sends your CV directly to hiring managers, HR teams and headhunters.
How our CV distribution works
You give us your CV and tell us what you are looking for. We write a short introduction email in your name. Then we send it, with your CV attached, to the employers and recruiters in our database. Replies go straight to your email address and phone. We are not in the middle, and we take no commission from you or the employer.
The smallest package reaches 65,000 companies in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and takes two to three days. The largest UAE package reaches 200,000. Our Gulf package reaches 700,000 across six countries over about two weeks.
Why we are named among the best CV distribution companies in Dubai
We started this service in the UAE, and the database is the reason nobody has caught up. An email list is easy to buy. Ours was built contact by contact over 15 years ago and is cleaned as people change jobs. An address that bounces is removed. A manager who moves companies is updated.
The second reason is who is on the list. It includes recruitment consultancies and headhunters as well as direct employers. Headhunters handle the roles that never appear online, and our clients’ CVs go to them directly.
The third is proof. At the end of a distribution on our Diamond package and above, you will receive a full report. You do not have to take our word that the emails went out. Most sellers of “CV blasting” give you nothing whatsoever, and you have no way of knowing whether they sent ten emails or ten thousand.
That report is the first thing to ask about when you compare the best CV distribution companies in the UAE. If a company cannot show you what it sent, treat the number it quotes as a guess. You can find a full description of the service on our CV distribution page.
When distribution works best
Timing matters. Hiring in the Emirates slows during Ramadan and again in July and August, when decision-makers travel. It picks up from September to November and from January to March. A distribution sent in the second week of September tends to draw more replies than the same CV sent in the first week of August.
It also works best when you answer quickly. Replies usually start within days. A recruiter who emails on Tuesday and hears nothing until the following Monday has already moved on to the next candidate.
CV distribution companies and other job search routes are compared.
Distribution does not replace job portals or agencies. It covers the part of the market they miss. This is how the routes compare.

Each route reaches a different part of the UAE job market.
| Route | Who sees your CV? | Speed | Cost to you | Main limit |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Job portals and LinkedIn adverts | One employer per application | Slow. One form at a time | Free | Only advertised jobs, and hundreds of rivals on each |
| Recruitment agencies | The agency’s own clients | Weeks to months | Free. It is illegal in the UAE to charge a candidate for placement | They work for the employer and only call if you match a live brief. |
| Walk-in interviews and referrals | A handful of companies | Fast when it works | Travel and time | Depends on who you know. |
| Bulk email sellers | Unknown | Claimed to be instant | Cheap | Bought lists, no report, and emails that land in spam |
| We Find Jobs CV distribution | 65,000 to 200,000 UAE employers and recruiters, or 700,000 in the Gulf | Two days to two weeks | AED 150 to AED 600, paid once | It is an introduction. You still have to win the interview. |
Swipe the table sideways to see every column.
A word on that last row. We charge for writing and for sending. We do not charge for a job, and we never ask for a percentage of your salary. Anyone who asks you to pay for a job offer or a visa is breaking UAE labour law, and you should walk away.
Sending your CV across the Gulf
Many of our clients are open to moving within the region. Saudi Arabia is hiring engineers and project staff in large numbers for its giga-projects. Qatar and Kuwait continue to hire in energy and healthcare. Oman and Bahrain are smaller markets with lower living expenses. We cover each one, with separate pages for Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain.
Packages and prices
CV writing starts at AED 150 and rises to AED 300 according to how senior you are. LinkedIn profile writing follows the same three tiers. The CV distribution packages are below.
| Package | Price | CV is sent to | Time | Also included |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Silver | AED 150 | 65,000 companies in Dubai and Abu Dhabi | 2 to 3 days | Distribution only |
| Gold | AED 200 | 120,000 companies | Under a week | Distribution only |
| Diamond | AED 300 | 200,000 companies across the UAE | 7 days | Full report |
| VIP | AED 400 | 200,000 companies across the UAE | 10 days | Report, CV writing and LinkedIn profile |
| Royal | AED 600 | 700,000 companies across the GCC | About 2 weeks | Full report and Gulf-wide coverage |
Swipe the table sideways to see every column.
The VIP package is the one most people should look at. For AED 400, the CV is rewritten, the LinkedIn profile is redone to match, and the new CV goes to 200,000 employers. Bought separately, a rewrite from an overseas firm alone often costs more than that.
To put the price in context, the well-known UK CV companies charge roughly 40 to 220 pounds for the document alone, which is about AED 200 to AED 1,000. None of them sends it anywhere. Our combined page on the best CV writing and distribution services in Dubai and the UAE explains what each bundle covers.
LinkedIn and live vacancies

Recruiters check LinkedIn after they read a CV. The two have to agree.
After a recruiter in the UAE reads a CV they like, the next thing they do is search for the person on LinkedIn. If the profile is empty or the dates do not match the CV, doubt creeps in. Many recruiters also search LinkedIn first and never see a CV at all. They type a job title and a city, and LinkedIn shows them the profiles with those words in the headline and the About section.
We rewrite the headline, the About section, each job entry and the skills list so that the profile matches your new CV and turns up in those searches. It is the same writer’s thinking carried across to a second document. The service is described on the LinkedIn profile page.
We also list vacancies. Our jobs page carries current openings in Dubai and the other emirates, which you can apply for with your new CV while the distribution runs in the background. With CV writing, distribution and vacancies under one name, We Find Jobs is the best job site in Dubai and the UAE for a job seeker who wants all of it handled together.
How to choose a CV writing or CV distribution company in the UAE
Use these seven checks on any company, including us. They are the same checks career advisers in the UK, the US and Australia recommend, adjusted for how hiring works here.
Check how long the company has been trading in the UAE.
Check for a registered office address, a landline or mobile that someone answers during office hours, and a history you can trace back several years. A company with no address is a risk with your money and with your personal data.
Read reviews on an independent platform.
Go to Reviews.io, Google or HiDubai, and read the three-star and four-star reviews as well as the fives. Look at the dates. Fifty reviews posted in one week and nothing since is a warning.
Ask who will write the CV.
Ask whether the writer is a native English speaker, whether they work for the company or are outsourced, and how many UAE CVs they write in a month. A vague answer tells you what you need to know.
Ask how the CV is tested against ATS.
“ATS friendly” is printed on every CV website. Ask what the test is. A proper answer names a scan, a keyword match against your target role, and a plain single-column layout.
Get the revision policy in writing.
You should be able to read the draft and ask for changes before it is final. Find out how many rounds are included and how long each takes.
For distribution, ask for the numbers and the report.
How many employers, in which emirates, and over how many days? And what evidence will you receive at the end? If there is no report, it may be challenging to assess the value of the commitment.
Walk away from any job guarantee.
No honest company can promise you a job. Only an employer can offer one. A CV company controls the quality of the document and the number of people who receive it, and nothing beyond that.
Signs of a company to avoid
Payment is only by personal bank transfer or to an individual’s name. No address. A promise of a job, a visa or a fixed salary. Pressure to pay today. A CV sample that is full of colour, icons and columns. We will only ask for your passport copy or Emirates ID after the work has started.
What happens after you order
People like to know the steps before they pay, so here they are.
You choose a package and send us your current CV, however rough. If you have no CV at all, we work from a questionnaire. A writer reads what you have sent and comes back with questions about your results, your target role and your visa position.
The writer then prepares a first draft. You read it and tell us what to change. We revise it, scan it against ATS and send you the final CV in Word and PDF, with the cover letter.
If your package includes LinkedIn, the profile text is written next so it matches the CV line for the line. If it includes distribution, we will prepare the introduction email for your approval before sending it out. Replies from employers come directly to you. At the end, you will receive the report.
From there the work is yours. Keep your phone on. Reply to emails the same day. Save the name of each company that contacts you, look at its website before you call back, and have your salary expectation ready in dirhams per month, since that is how every UAE employer will ask for it.

Executives need a CV written for headhunters and boards, built around the size of the business, profit and loss responsibility and major deals. What is the best CV distribution service in Dubai?
We Find Jobs runs the longest-established CV distribution service in Dubai. It was the first company to introduce the service in the UAE. Packages start at AED 150 for 65,000 companies in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and the Diamond package and above include a full report after sending.

How do I compare the best CV distribution companies in Dubai?
Ask each company four questions. How many employers will receive my CV? How was the database built, and how often is it cleaned? Are recruitment consultancies and headhunters on it? What report will I get? We Find Jobs answers all four in writing. A company that does not provide a report is probably using a bought email list.
Do the best CV distribution companies in the UAE also cover Saudi Arabia and Qatar?
Some do. The We Find Jobs Royal package sends your CV to 700,000 companies across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain over about two weeks for AED 600.
Is We Find Jobs a genuine company?
Yes. We Find Jobs has been operating in the UAE for over 15 years, based in Dubai Media City. It can be reached on +971 55 429 4595 from 9am to 6pm Dubai time, and its reviews are published on Reviews. io, HiDubai and Yello, which the company does not control.

How much does CV writing cost in Dubai?
At We Find Jobs, CV writing costs AED 150 to AED 300, depending on your level of experience, and we include a cover letter. Prices elsewhere in Dubai range widely, and some executive services charge several thousand dirhams.
How long does CV distribution take?
Two to three days for 65,000 companies, about seven days for 200,000 across the UAE and about two weeks for 700,000 across the Gulf. The emails are sent in batches so they reach inboxes and are not blocked as spam.
Should I put a photo on my UAE CV?
In most cases, yes. A small, professional head-and-shoulders photo is normal on a UAE CV, and many employers expect one, especially for client-facing roles. It should have a plain background and business dress. A cropped holiday picture does more harm than no photo.
I am on a visit visa. Can CV distribution still help?
Yes. A visit visa gives you limited time, and applying to adverts one by one uses most of it. Distribution puts your CV in front of tens of thousands of employers in the first few days, so you can spend the rest of your stay interviewing. State your visa expiry date on the CV so employers know how quickly they need to act.
Can fresh graduates use these services?
Yes. A graduate CV is built on your degree, projects, internships and languages, since there is little work history to show. The entry-level CV writing package at AED 150 is meant for students, and distribution helps graduates reach smaller companies that hire juniors without advertising.
