Best swimming pool contractors in Dubai, scored on ten things you can check
Ask five people who the best pool builder in Dubai is, and you will get five names. None of them will tell you how they decided. This guide gives you a 100-point scorecard instead. It has ten lines, each tied to a document or a number a contractor either has or does not have, and you can use it on any quote sitting on your desk today.

A finished villa pool in Dubai. Everything that decides how long it lasts is under the tile.
⚡ Short answer
The best swimming pool contractors in Dubai are the ones who can hand you engineering drawings before they hand you a price, name the concrete grade and the waterproofing product in writing, fill the shell and hold it for at least 24 hours while you watch, and still pick up the phone two years after handover. Green Creation has been building and maintaining pools in the UAE for close to two decades, with 8,940 completed projects, and we wrote this scorecard so you can test us with it as hard as you test anyone else.

Why a list of names does not help you choose
Search for the best swimming pool construction companies in Dubai, and the first page is full of top ten lists. Most of them rank firms by how appealing the website looks. A few rank by who paid for it.
The trouble is that a pool hides its quality. On handover day, a shell poured with the right concrete and a shell poured with whatever the batching plant had left look the same. Both are blue. Both are full. The difference shows up in year three, when one of them starts losing 4 cm of water a week, while the other does not.
So photographs cannot tell you who is best. Neither can a star rating, because most reviews get written in the first month, when every pool still looks perfect.
What can tell you is the paper. A contractor who builds properly produces drawings, test records and product data sheets as a normal part of the job. A contractor who does not build properly has nothing to show, and no amount of talking fills that gap. That is the main purpose of the scorecard below. If you want more background first, our guides on how to choose the best swimming pool contractor in Dubai and what to evaluate when comparing swimming pool builders cover the same ground from a different angle.
The 100-point scorecard
Print this table. Take it to every site meeting. Score each contractor on the same day you meet them, while the answers are fresh.
| Line | What you are checking | Points | The evidence you ask for |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Licence, insurance and approvals | 10 | Current Dubai trade licence, contractor all-risk and third-party liability certificates, proof they submit permits themselves |
| 2 | Engineering drawings before price | 12 | Structural, hydraulic and electrical drawings for your plot, stamped by a registered engineer |
| 3 | Shell specification | 14 | Concrete grade, wall and floor thickness, steel diameter and spacing, cover to steel, curing method |
| 4 | Waterproofing and flood test | 12 | Named product and data sheet, number of coats, and a witnessed fill-and-hold test written into the contract |
| 5 | Hydraulics and plant room | 12 | Pool volume, turnover time, pump model and curve, filter size, pipe diameters |
| 6 | Who actually does the work? | 8 | Names of the site engineer and foreman, which trades are in-house, which are subcontracted |
| 7 | Programme and permits | 8 | Week-by-week programme with the approval period shown separately from the build period |
| 8 | Payment terms | 8 | Stage payments are tied to inspected work, with a retention held until after commissioning. |
| 9 | Handover file and warranty | 8 | As-built drawings, test records, equipment manuals, separate warranty terms for structure, waterproofing and equipment |
| 10 | Aftercare | 8 | Own maintenance teams, response time in writing, and repair capability without draining the pool. |

A contractor scoring above 80 is one you can sign with. Between 60 and 80, you have gaps to close in the contract before you sign. Below 60, the low price is the only thing on offer, and you will pay the difference back later in repairs.
⚠️ One rule for scoring
Only give points for what you are shown. A promise scores zero. “We always do that” scores zero. A drawing, a certificate, a data sheet or a clause in the draft contract scores.
How to score each line
Line 1, licence, insurance and approvals (10 points)
Start here because it takes ten minutes and immediately removes the weakest firms. Ask for a copy of the trade licence and check that it is current. Then ask for two insurance certificates. The contractor’s all-risk covers damage to the works while they are being built. Third-party liability covers your neighbour’s boundary wall if an excavator clips it.
Then ask who submits the permit. In most of Dubai, that means Dubai Municipality. In free zone areas and some waterfront districts it is Trakhees, and the Dubai Development Authority covers its own zones. Gated communities also require a developer NOC on top. The best pool contractors in Dubai handle all of this themselves and can tell you, without looking it up, which authority covers your plot. Our pages on swimming pool permits and regulations in Dubai, as well as Dubai Municipality pool permits, explain the process step by step.
Full marks for the current licence, both certificates and a clear answer on the authority. Five points if one certificate is missing. Zero if they suggest building first and sorting the permit later.
Line 2: engineering drawings before price (12 points)
A price without drawings is a guess. It might be a reasonable guess, but nobody can hold the contractor to it, because nothing says what the price was for.
A proper drawing set for a villa pool has four parts. The general arrangement shows the pool on your plot with setbacks from the boundary and the house. The structural drawing shows the wall and floor sections with every bar of steel. The hydraulic schematic shows each pipe, its diameter, and where it runs. The electrical layout shows the lights, the bonding and the panel.
Give 12 points if all four exist for your plot before you sign. Give 6 if the contractor offers them after a deposit and puts it in writing. A 3D render on its own scores nothing here. Renders are useful for agreeing the look, and our pool design page shows how we use them, but a render carries no dimensions that a steel fixer can build from.
Line 3, shell specification (14 points)
This line carries the most points because the shell is the one part of a pool you cannot replace. Tiles can be redone. Pumps can be swapped in an afternoon. A cracked shell means breaking out and starting again.
Ask five questions and write the answers down:
- What concrete grade will be used? In Dubai’s sulphate-rich ground a water-retaining mix is normal, and the structural engineer should name the grade and the cement type on the drawing.
- How thick are the walls and the floor? Most reinforced villa pools here sit between 200 mm and 250 mm.
- What steel, at what spacing? You want a bar diameter and a centre-to-centre distance, in two layers for a concrete pool of any size.
- What is the cover to the steel? Cover is the depth of concrete between the bar and the water or the soil. Too little, and the chlorides in the ground reach the steel within a few years.
- How is the concrete cured? In a Dubai summer, an uncured slab can lose its surface water in under an hour and crack before it has gained any strength.
Score 14 if every answer is on a stamped drawing. Score 7 if the answers are given verbally and the contractor agrees to add them to the contract. Score zero for the term “standard specification”. There is no such thing. Our article on choosing the best materials for your swimming pool goes deeper into each of these, and the comparison of pool construction materials for Dubai’s climate covers concrete, fibreglass and steel-panel shells side by side.

Steel and concrete go in long before anything looks like a pool. This phase is the stage worth visiting.
Line 4, waterproofing and the flood test (12 points)
Concrete is not waterproof by itself. It needs a membrane, and the membrane needs testing before any tile goes on top of it.
Ask for the product name. Cementitious, polyurethane and torch-applied membranes all have their place, and a skilled contractor will explain why they chose one for your pool. We wrote a full guide to torch membrane waterproofing in Dubai if you want the details. Then ask how the pipe penetrations, light niches and wall-to-floor joint are treated, because flat areas of membrane almost never leak. The joints and the holes do.
The flood test is simple. The finished, waterproofed shell is filled, the level is marked, and it is left alone for 24 to 72 hours. A bucket of water stands beside the pool to show how much is lost to evaporation alone. If the pool drops more than the bucket, there is a leak, and it is fixed now, while fixing it costs a few hundred dirhams and not a full re-tile.
Twelve points if the test is a named hold point in the contract and you are invited to watch. Six if they do the test but do not write it down. Zero if tiling follows waterproofing with nothing in between.
Line 5, hydraulics and plant room (12 points)
Clear water is arithmetic. Take an 8 m by 4 m pool with an average depth of 1.4 m. That is about 45 cubic metres of water. Dubai Municipality guidance asks for the whole volume to pass through the filter in four hours, so the pump and filter must move a little over 11 cubic metres an hour against the real resistance of the pipework, the filter and the heater or chiller.
A contractor who has done this sum will tell you the pump model and show you where it sits on the manufacturer’s curve. One who has not will tell you the horsepower. Horsepower tells you what the motor draws from DEWA. It says nothing about what reaches the pool.
Also ask about pipe sizes. Undersized pipe is the cheapest saving on a pool build and one of the hardest to undo, because the pipes are cast into concrete or buried under the deck. Our pages on hydraulic flow rate assessment, filtration system engineering and choosing a pool filtration system show what the full calculation looks like.
Then look at the plant room itself on the drawing. Can a technician stand in front of every valve? Is there ventilation? Is there a drain in the floor? A cramped plant room adds an hour to every future service visit, and you pay for that hour for the life of the pool.
Line 6, who actually does the work (8 points)
Many firms that sell pools in Dubai do not build them. They sell the job, then pass the shell to one subcontractor, the waterproofing to another and the tiling to a third. Each handover is a place where blame can be passed along with the work.
Subcontracting some trades is normal and not a problem. Hidden subcontracting is. Ask for the name of the site engineer who will be on your plot, how many other sites that person runs at the same time, and which trades are on the contractor’s own payroll. Eight points for a named engineer and an honest list. Four if the answer is vague. Our guide on why local swimming pool experts matter explains what an in-house team changes in practice.
Line 7, programme and permits (8 points)
“Eight weeks” is a sales line. A real programme is a table. It shows the approval period first, because no contractor controls how long an authority takes, and then the build period broken into stages.
For a typical concrete villa pool, the build itself runs 10 to 14 weeks once the permit is issued. Excavation takes days. Steel and concrete take two to three weeks. Concrete then needs time to gain strength before waterproofing goes on, and the summer midday work ban between mid-June and mid-September stretches every outdoor stage. A programme that ignores those two facts will be late. See our step-by-step pool construction process and what to expect during construction for a full stage list.
Line 8, payment terms (8 points)
Follow the money, and you learn how confident a contractor is in their own work. A firm that wants 50% before excavation needs your cash to buy materials. A firm that asks for a modest mobilisation payment, then bills stage by stage as work is inspected, is funding the job properly.
Look for three things. Payments should be tied to finished, inspected stages such as “shell cast and cube tests passed”, and never to dates. No single payment should run far ahead of the work done. And a retention, commonly 5% to 10%, should stay with you until the pool has been commissioned and has run for an agreed period. Our cost guides on the cost of building a swimming pool in Dubai and understanding installation costs show how a normal stage schedule is laid out.
Line 9: handover file and warranty (8 points)
Ask to see a handover file from a finished job, with the client’s details covered. It should hold as-built drawings, the flood test record, pressure test results for the pipework, equipment manuals and serial numbers, the commissioning water test and a maintenance schedule.
On warranty, one number is not enough. Structure, waterproofing, finishes and equipment fail in different ways and on different timescales, so each should have its own term in writing. Equipment warranties usually come from the manufacturer and need the serial number and installation date to be valid, which is one more reason the file matters.
Line 10, aftercare (8 points)
A pool in Dubai runs twelve months a year. There is no winter shutdown, so there is no quiet season in which a small fault can wait. The contractor who built the pool is the one best placed to look after it, because they know where every pipe runs.
Score this line on capacity you can verify. Does the firm have its own maintenance teams, or does it hand you a phone number for someone else? Will it put a response time in writing? Can it repair a light, a fitting or a tile underwater, without draining the pool? Draining a pool in summer wastes around 45,000 litres for an average villa pool and puts the empty shell at risk of lifting where the water table is high. Our pool service company and swimming pool repair pages set out what a full aftercare arrangement looks like.
A worked example with three quotes
Here is how the scorecard plays out. The three contractors below are made up, but the pattern is one we see often when owners bring us quotes to compare. All three priced the same 8 m by 4 m concrete pool for a villa in Dubai Hills.
| Line | Max | Contractor A, AED 128,000 | Contractor B, AED 156,000 | Contractor C, AED 171,000 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1. Licence and insurance | 10 | 8 | 10 | 10 |
| 2. Drawings before price | 12 | 3 | 8 | 11 |
| 3. Shell specification | 14 | 5 | 10 | 13 |
| 4. Waterproofing and flood test | 12 | 4 | 8 | 11 |
| 5. Hydraulics and plant room | 12 | 4 | 8 | 10 |
| 6. Who does the work? | 8 | 4 | 6 | 7 |
| 7. Programme and permits | 8 | 6 | 6 | 7 |
| 8. Payment terms | 8 | 3 | 6 | 7 |
| 9. Handover and warranty | 8 | 4 | 5 | 7 |
| 10. Aftercare | 8 | 5 | 4 | 5 |
| Total | 100 | 46 | 71 | 88 |
Swipe the table sideways to see every column.
Contractor A is AED 43,000 cheaper than C. A also asked for half the money up front, offered a render in place of drawings and described the shell as “standard RCC”. A waterproofing failure that means lifting the tile, the adhesive and the membrane can cost that much to put right.
Contractor B is the interesting one. A score of 71 says the firm is capable but loose on paper. With the flood test, the retention and the pump model written into the contract, B could move into the 80s without changing the price by a dirham. This is the real use of the scorecard. It tells you who to reject, and it also tells you what to negotiate with the ones you keep.

How the pool type changes what matters most
The weights in the scorecard suit a standard in-ground villa pool. Some pools need the points moved around.
Infinity and overflow pools
An infinity edge adds a second body of water, the balance tank, and a weir that must be level to within a couple of millimetres along its whole length. Hydraulics becomes the hardest part of the job. Move four points from aftercare to Line 5 and ask to visit a finished infinity pool on a windy day, when a badly sized balance tank shows itself. Our guide to infinity pools in Dubai explains the engineering.
Rooftop and podium pools
Here the pool sits on a building, so the structure below has to carry roughly a tonne for every cubic metre of water, plus the shell. Waterproofing failure no longer means a wet garden. It means water in the apartment or the living room underneath. Give Lines 3 and 4 everything you can, and insist that the building’s structural engineer sign off on the loads. See rooftop swimming pools in Dubai.
Plunge pools and lap pools
Small pools are not simpler pools. A plunge pool heats up fast in August and needs a chiller sized for its small volume, and a lap pool’s long, narrow shell is more sensitive to ground movement than a square one. Our article on lap pools and plunge pools and the piece on pool design for small spaces cover both.
Commercial and community pools
Hotels, residential towers and community pools fall under stricter public pool rules. They need duplicate pumps, automated chemical dosing, more filtration and a logbook that inspectors will read. Experience with the authority counts for much more on these jobs, so raise Line 1 and Line 7. Green Creation has delivered commercial work for Emaar, Meraas, Sobha, Deyaar, Hilton and Azizi, at sizes up to Olympic length, and our page on commercial swimming pool construction in Dubai describes how those projects are run.
Indoor pools
An indoor pool is as much an air-handling project as a water one. Without dehumidification, warm pool air condenses on every cold surface in the room, and the building starts to suffer within a season. Ask who designs the ventilation. Our guide to indoor swimming pools in Dubai has the detail.
The Dubai rules a good contractor knows without looking.
You can test a contractor’s experience in one conversation. Ask about the Dubai Municipality’s technical requirements for pool plans and listen for numbers. These are the ones that come up on almost every villa pool.
| Item | What the guidance asks for | Why it matters to you |
|---|---|---|
| Turnover time | Full pool volume is filtered every 4 hours. | Sets the pump and filter size |
| Inlets | 1 inlet for every 45 cubic metres of water | Stops dead spots where algae starts |
| Skimmers | At least 2 in a skimmer pool | Surface dust is the main dirt load in Dubai. |
| Main drains | At least 2, spaced apart | Prevents suction entrapment |
| Deck width | 1 m minimum around a private pool | Safe access on every side |
| Deck fall | 1 in 40 away from the pool | Keeps washdown water and dust out of the pool. |
| Floor slope | No steeper than 1 in 3 | Safe footing where the depth changes |
| Ladders or steps | Required where depth passes 60 cm | Safe exit |
| Barrier | 1.2 m high around the pool area | Child safety |
| Children’s pool | 50 cm maximum depth | Child safety |

A contractor who knows these designs from the first sketch. One who does not find out at the plan review, and you lose three weeks while the drawings are redone. Read more in our guide to pool construction regulations in Dubai, the page on swimming pool compliance and our notes on pool safety standards and features.

Deck falls, barrier heights and step sizes are all fixed at drawing stage.
What a properly built pool costs and how long it takes
Prices in Dubai move with steel, cement and labour, so treat these as market ranges and not as a quotation. They cover a finished pool with standard filtration and exclude VAT, heavy landscaping and anything unusual about the plot.
| Pool type | Typical range in AED | What pushes it up |
|---|---|---|
| Plunge pool | 55,000 to 120,000 | Chiller, glass mosaic, difficult access |
| 6 m by 3 m family pool | 90,000 to 170,000 | Finish choice, heating and cooling, automation |
| 8 m by 4 m family pool | 120,000 to 230,000 | Depth, deck area, salt or UV treatment |
| Lap pool | 180,000 to 500,000 | Length, counter-current jets, cover |
| Infinity pool | 280,000 to 500,000 and above | Balance tank, weir length, structural work |
Swipe the table sideways to see every column.
On time, allow 7 to 15 working days for a Dubai Municipality permit on a mainland plot. In a gated community, allow 10 to 20 working days for the developer NOC and about the same again for the permit. Then 10 to 14 weeks to build. A contractor who promises a finished concrete pool six weeks from today has left something out, and it is usually the curing time.
Running costs deserve a line in your budget too. A variable speed pump running at half speed draws about one-eighth of the power it uses at full speed, which is why it pays for itself quickly on a pool that filters every day of the year. Our pages on energy-efficient pool solutions, smart pool technology and pool heating and cooling go through the options.
How Green Creation answers its own scorecard
It would be easy to write “we score 100” here. We would rather show you what we hand over on each line and let you do the scoring. Please check every item.
What we put on the table before you sign
You get the general arrangement, structural, hydraulic and electrical drawings for your plot. Every design detail is agreed with you or your architect, and the cost of each main component is listed separately, so you can see what the pump, the filter, the finish and the lighting each cost. If you want to change the tile, you can see what that does to the total without the rest of the price moving.
How we build
We work in two ways. For private owners we deliver a full turnkey pool, which covers design, permits, excavation, shell, waterproofing, tiling, plant, commissioning and the garden around it. For developers and main contractors we work as the specialist pool subcontractor inside their programme. Either way, the shell specification is on the drawing, and the flood test is a hold point. Nothing gets tiled until the water level has held.
Why the garden matters to the pool
Green Creation started as a landscaping company and added pools later. That history is useful. Pool and garden levels, drainage falls, planting, lighting and irrigation are drawn as one project, so the deck drains away from the water and tree roots are kept clear of the pipe runs. When two separate firms do these jobs, the join between them is where the problems collect. Our pages on swimming pool landscaping and transforming Dubai gardens show finished examples.
What happens after handover?
This is where we think the gap between us and most of the market is widest. Our maintenance teams include commercial divers who are also qualified pool engineers. They can replace a light, reseal a fitting or refix tiles underwater, so the pool stays full and in use. Before we quote for maintenance on any pool, including ones we did not build, we carry out an audit that includes a test of your fill water. Once a year we check the pump against its curve, inspect the filter, recalibrate the controller and tell you honestly whether automation or dosing equipment would save you money.
We run weekly, fortnightly and monthly plans across Palm Jumeirah, Arabian Ranches, JVC, Dubai Hills and Al Barsha, and we also look after hot tubs, saunas and steam rooms. See professional pool maintenance, villa pool maintenance and commercial pool maintenance.

Pool, deck and planting drawn as one project.
The first year tells you who built your pool.
A well-built pool is boring to own. The water stays clear, the level holds, and the service visit takes forty minutes. Three things in Dubai work against that, and a good contractor plans for all three at the design stage.
The first is evaporation. A villa pool here can lose several millimetres of water a day in summer. Each top-up brings in fresh minerals while the old ones stay behind, so the water slowly gets harder and the stabiliser level creeps up until chlorine stops working well. The second is the top-up water itself. Desalinated mains water arrives low in calcium, and water that is short of calcium takes it from wherever it can, which means your grout and plaster. The third is dust. Fine airborne dust passes straight through a coarse skimmer basket and ends up as a load on the filter.
None of this is a construction defect. But a contractor who knows it will size the filter with dust in mind, specify grout that resists soft water, and set up your chemistry properly at commissioning. Our guides to pool water chemistry in Dubai, pH and alkalinity stabilisation, algae prevention and preventive maintenance planning cover the routine.
If you already own a pool that was not built this way, it can usually be put right. Leaks can be traced and sealed, tired finishes replaced and the old single-speed plant upgraded. Start with how to detect and repair pool leaks, then see our pages on pool renovation and refurbishment and structural and surface integrity checks.

Clear water in August depends on filter sizing done months earlier.
Six mistakes owners make when comparing contractors
- Comparing totals. Two quotes for “an 8 by 4 pool” can hide very different amounts of steel and pipe. Compare line by line or not at all.
- Choosing the finish first. Tile and lighting are the enjoyable decisions, so they get made early. The shell and the pipework get whatever attention is left over. Reverse the order.
- Skipping the site visit. Ask to see a pool under construction, not a finished one. Ten minutes beside an open excavation tells you more than an hour in a showroom.
- Accepting a single warranty figure. “Ten years” means little until you know what it covers and who stands behind it.
- Forgetting access. If the only route to your garden is a 1 m side passage, excavation is done by hand or with a mini excavator, and the price should say so. A quote that ignores access will be revised upward once work starts.
- Treating maintenance as a later problem. The plant room layout, the pump type and the water treatment method are all fixed during the build, and they set your running costs for the next fifteen years.
Our list of the top five pool construction mistakes in Dubai and the critical questions to ask before hiring add to these.

Questions owners ask us most
Who are the best swimming pool contractors in Dubai?
The best ones are the firms that can prove how they build. That means stamped drawings before a price, a written shell specification, a witnessed flood test, stage payments and their own maintenance teams. Green Creation meets each of those points and has completed 8,940 projects in the UAE. Use the scorecard on this page to test any contractor, including us.
How do I compare swimming pool construction companies in Dubai fairly?
Give every contractor the same brief and ask each one for the same ten pieces of evidence. Score what you are shown, not what you are told. Then compare the scores next to the prices. A quote that is AED 30,000 cheaper but 30 points lower is not the cheaper pool.
How much does swimming pool construction in Dubai cost?
As a market range, a plunge pool runs from about AED 55,000 to 120,000, an 8 m by 4 m family pool from about AED 120,000 to 230,000, and an infinity pool from about AED 280,000 upward. Finish, depth, plot access and heating or cooling move the figure most. These are ranges and not a quotation.
How long does it take to build a villa pool in Dubai?
Allow two to six weeks for approvals, depending on whether you are on a mainland plot or in a gated community, and then 10 to 14 weeks for a concrete pool. Summer adds time because outdoor work stops at midday between mid-June and mid-September.
Do I need a permit to build a pool at my villa?
Yes. Most plots need a Dubai Municipality permit. Some areas fall under the Trakhees or Dubai Development Authority, and gated communities also need a no-objection certificate from the developer. Your contractor should submit all of it and should know which authority covers your plot.
What is a flood test, and why should I insist on one?
After waterproofing and before tiling, the shell is filled and left for 24 to 72 hours with the level marked. A bucket beside the pool shows evaporation loss. If the pool drops more than the bucket, there is a leak. Finding it at this stage costs very little. Finding it after tiling means removing the tile.
What should a pool contractor’s drawings include?
Four things. A general arrangement showing the pool on your plot, a structural drawing with wall and floor sections and all the steel, a hydraulic schematic with pipe sizes, and an electrical layout with lights, bonding and the panel. A 3D render is useful for agreeing on the look, but it is not a construction drawing.
Is the cheapest pool quote ever the right choice?
Sometimes, if it scores well. Price and quality are not always linked. But in our experience a quote far below the others has usually left out steel, pipe diameter, waterproofing coats or the flood test. Ask the contractor to fill in the missing lines and see whether the price holds.
How much deposit should I pay a pool contractor in Dubai?
A modest mobilisation payment is normal. Be careful with any request for half the contract value before excavation. Payments should follow finished and inspected stages, and a retention of around 5% to 10% should stay with you until the pool has been commissioned.
What concrete and steel should a Dubai pool shell have?
The structural engineer decides, and the answer should be on a stamped drawing. Expect a water-retaining concrete mix suited to sulphate-rich ground, walls and floor of roughly 200 mm to 250 mm on a villa pool, two layers of steel at a stated spacing, and a stated cover between the steel and the concrete face.
What turnover rate does Dubai Municipality ask for?
The guidance asks for the full pool volume to pass through the filter every four hours. For a 45 cubic metre villa pool, that is a flow of a little over 11 cubic metres an hour, measured against the real resistance of your pipework and filter.
Should the company that builds my pool also maintain it?
It helps a great deal. The builder knows where every pipe runs and which equipment is installed and has a reason to protect its own warranty. Ask whether the maintenance teams are the contractor’s own staff and whether a response time is written into the agreement.
Can a pool be repaired without draining it?
Many repairs can. Green Creation’s maintenance teams include commercial divers who are qualified pool engineers, so lights, fittings and loose tiles can be fixed underwater. That saves the water and avoids the risk of an empty shell lifting where the water table is high.
What warranty should I expect on a new pool?
Ask for separate terms in writing for the structure, the waterproofing, the finishes and the equipment. Equipment cover normally comes from the manufacturer and depends on the serial number and installation date, so make sure both are in your handover file.
Is a concrete pool better than a fibreglass pool in Dubai?
Concrete suits most Dubai villas because it can be built to any shape and depth and copes well with local ground when it is designed properly. Fibreglass is faster to install and works for standard sizes where crane access is possible. The right answer depends on your plot and how custom the design is.
What makes an infinity pool harder to build?
The overflow edge has to be level along its full length, and the balance tank below has to hold the water displaced by swimmers plus what is in transit through the pipes. Both are hydraulic calculations. Ask to see the balance tank sizing before you sign.
Does Green Creation work as a subcontractor for developers?
