Best CV writing company and best CV distribution company in Dubai and UAE
A good vacancy in Dubai can pull in hundreds of applications within a few days. Screening software sorts most of them before a person reads a single line, and the recruiter then opens only a small share of what is left. Two things decide where your application ends up. One is how the CV is written. The other is whose inbox it reaches.
We Find Jobs has worked on both problems for more than 15 years in the UAE. Our writers prepare CVs for the local market, and our CV distribution service sends them straight to employers and recruiters. This guide explains how each service works, what UAE employers expect to see on a CV, how to check any provider before you pay, and why job seekers in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the other emirates choose us.

We find jobs, write CVs and send them directly to UAE employers and recruiters.

Why the CV decides most UAE job searches
The UAE is an unusual job market. Most of the workforce comes from abroad, so a hiring manager in Dubai might compare candidates from Manchester, Mumbai, Manila, and Cairo for the same desk. They have never worked with any of these people. They do not know the universities or the former employers. The CV is all they have.
That means the document is more important here than in a smaller, more local market. In London or Sydney, a recruiter can often place your last company at a glance. In Dubai, your CV must explain what the company does, your team size, your budget, and what changed because you were there.
Speed matters too. A recruiter with 300 applications cannot read each one properly. They scan the top third of page one, look for the job title, the years, the location and the visa position, and decide. If those answers are buried on page three, the CV is closed.
So the question is simple. Does your CV answer the recruiter’s first five questions in the first few lines? Most do not, and this is the gap a professional writer closes. Our article on CVs that win interviews in the UAE goes through real examples of that top third.
What a professional CV writing service does
A CV writer is not a typist. Anyone can retype your old CV into a nicer template, and plenty of cheap services do exactly that. Proper CV writing is closer to an interview followed by an edit.
The writer first works out what job you are aiming for, because a CV written for “any job” suits none of them. Then they go through your history and pull out the facts that prove you can do that job. Numbers come first: sales closed, people managed, projects delivered, costs cut, and deadlines met. Duties come last, because every candidate with your job title has the same duties.
Thereafter, the writer decides the order. A fresh graduate leads with education and internships. A site engineer with twelve years in the Gulf leads with projects and their values. A finance director leads with a short profile and four or five headline results. The structure changes with the person.

A CV is built around the job you want next, and your last job comes second.
What you should receive
- A CV in an editable Word file and a PDF copy, so you can update it yourself later.
- A layout that applicant tracking systems can read without errors.
- A cover letter you can adjust for each application.
- Keywords taken from real job adverts in your field.
- Clean, correct English with one spelling standard used all the way through.
All of our CV writing packages include a cover letter and a LinkedIn profile update at no extra charge. We explain the thinking behind our decision in why job seekers choose us for CV and resume writing.
CV or resume?
In the UAE, the two terms are used interchangeably for the same document. British-influenced employers say CV. American companies and some multinationals say resume. Nobody will reject you over the label. What matters is length and content, and our CV and resume writing team prepares both styles every day.
What UAE employers expect on a CV
A CV that works in the UK or Australia often needs changes before it works here. The rules are different, and some of them surprise people who are new to the Gulf.
Visa status and location
State where you are and what visa you hold. ” Dubai, UAE – visit visa” or “Abu Dhabi – employment visa, transferable” tells the recruiter how quickly you can start and what it will cost to hire you. Leave it out, and many will assume the worst and move on.
Nationality and languages
Western CV advice says to leave nationality off. In the UAE it is normal to include it, and many application forms ask for it anyway. Languages belong near the top as well. Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog, Russian and Mandarin all open doors in customer-facing roles.
Notice period and driving licence
If you can join immediately, say so. If you have a 30-day notice period, say that. A valid UAE driving licence is worth a line for sales, site, logistics and field service roles.
Length
Two pages suit most people. One page is enough for a graduate. Senior managers with long project lists can run to three, but page one still has to do the selling.
Photo
A photo is optional. It is common in hospitality, aviation, retail and front-office work, and less common in engineering, finance and IT. If you use one, it should be a plain head-and-shoulders shot in business dress.
We cover each of these points with examples in how to write a CV for UAE jobs and in our guide to a professional CV for the UAE job market.
What to leave off
Passport numbers, Emirates ID numbers, salary history, your religion, and your full home address. None of them help you get an interview, and the first two are a risk if your CV is forwarded.
How ATS software reads your CV
ATS stands for applicant tracking system. Large UAE employers, government-linked groups, banks and most recruitment agencies use one. When you apply, the software pulls the text out of your file and drops it into fields: name, phone, job titles, employers, dates, and skills. The recruiter then searches those fields.
This is where good candidates disappear. The software cannot read text inside an image. It struggles with tables, text boxes, two-column layouts and headers. A designer template with a coloured sidebar looks smart on screen, but the ATS may read your phone number as a job title and miss your last employer completely.
An ATS-friendly CV is plain on purpose. It has one column, standard section headings such as “Work experience” and “Education”, dates in one format, and common fonts. The keywords from the job advert appear in normal sentences. No tricks are needed, and hiding white keyword text in the margins gets CVs rejected.
Every CV we write is scanned against an ATS before it goes back to the client. If the scan misreads a section, we fix the layout and scan it again.
What CV distribution is and how it works
Applying on job boards means waiting for an advert and then competing with everyone else who saw it. CV distribution works the other way round. Your CV is emailed directly to HR managers, recruiters, company owners and headhunters who hire in your field, including those with no advert running that week.
Why does that matter? Because a large share of UAE hiring never reaches a job board. A manager resigns, HR checks the CVs already in the inbox, and calls two people, and the role is filled in a fortnight. If your CV was not in that inbox, you never knew the job existed.

Distribution puts your CV in front of employers before a vacancy is advertised.
The steps
- You send us your CV, your target job titles and the emirates or countries you want to work in.
- We check the CV. If it is weak, we tell you before anything is sent, because distributing a poor CV wastes your money.
- The CV goes out by email to the matching part of our database: free zone companies, private companies, government and semi-government recruiters, agencies and headhunters.
- Our mail servers are set up to protect deliverability, so your CV arrives in inboxes and stays out of spam folders.
- Replies come straight to your own email and phone. We do not sit between you and the employer.
- When the distribution is finished, you receive a report.
The idea itself is not new in other countries. Resume distribution has been sold in the United States for years, and UK career firms offer similar “speculative application” services. What we did, more than 15 years ago, was build it for the UAE first, with a local database kept up to date by a local team. Our page on CV writing and CV distribution in Dubai explains how the two services fit together.
Job boards, agencies and CV distribution compared
None of these routes replaces the others. Most people who find work quickly in the UAE use all three at once. The table shows what each one does well and where it falls short.
| Route | How it works | Strong point | Weak point |
|---|---|---|---|
| Job boards | You apply to advertised vacancies one at a time | You choose every role yourself. | Hundreds of people apply to the same advert. |
| Recruitment agencies | A consultant puts you forward to their client. | The agency knows the employer. | They work for the employer and only on roles they hold. |
| Recruiters search profiles and message candidates. | Works while you are still employed | A thin profile is never found. | |
| CV distribution | Your CV is emailed directly to employers and recruiters. | Reaches jobs that are never advertised | Depends fully on the quality of the CV. |
Swipe the table sideways to see every column.
Look at the last cell. Distribution multiplies whatever you send. A strong CV sent to thousands of employers brings calls. A weak one brings silence, only faster. That is why we offer writing and distribution together and why our combined CV writing and CV distribution packages are the ones most clients pick.

Who We Find Jobs is
We Find Jobs is a UAE career services company based in Dubai. We have been operating for over 15 years, and in that time we have done three things: written CVs, written LinkedIn profiles, and distributed CVs to employers. We are not a recruitment agency, and we do not charge anyone for a job offer.
A few facts you can check for yourself. Our reviews are public on Reviews.io, HiDubai and Yello. Our LinkedIn company page and other social accounts have close to a million followers between them. We have received awards from Corporate Vision, MEA Markets and The Business Concept. Our phone line is +971 55 429 4595 and is answered from 9am to 6pm Dubai time.
We were also the first company to offer CV distribution in the UAE. Others have since copied the model, which we take as a compliment. You can read more on our about page or see the full list of our services.

CV writing, LinkedIn profiles and CV distribution from one Dubai-based team.
Why we are the best CV writers in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the UAE
Plenty of firms call themselves the best CV writing service in the UAE. We would rather show the reasons and let you judge.
Native English writers who know the Gulf
Our CVs are written by native English writers. That is the starting point, because one grammar mistake in a profile paragraph can cost a manager-level candidate the interview. But good English alone is not enough. A writer in another country will not know that “DEWA approvals” matter on an electrical engineer’s CV or that a RERA card belongs near the top for a property broker. We do, because UAE CVs are all they write.
Best CV writers in Dubai
Dubai hiring is led by the private sector. Recruitment consultancies, free zone companies in JAFZA, DMCC and DIFC, hotel groups, developers, airlines, logistics firms and retailers do most of it. These employers move fast, and they shortlist on results. So a Dubai CV from us opens with numbers and a clear job title. People searching for the best CV writing service in Dubai usually want exactly this, a CV that gets a consultant to pick up the phone. Our CV writing service in Dubai page has the details, and you can read why clients rate us among the best CV writing services in Dubai.
Best CV writers in Abu Dhabi
Abu Dhabi is different. Government departments, semi-government groups, energy companies, defence contractors, hospitals and universities carry far more of the hiring. Their forms are longer, and their screening is stricter. Certificates, attestation, security clearance and exact dates all matter. A CV for Abu Dhabi therefore needs fuller detail on qualifications and a more formal tone. Professional CV writers in Abu Dhabi have to know this, and ours do. See our CV writing service in Abu Dhabi.
Sharjah and the northern emirates
Sharjah, Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah have large manufacturing, education and healthcare employers, along with the SAIF Zone and Hamriyah free zones. Salaries and job titles there do not always match Dubai’s, and the CV should reflect that. We write for these markets too through our CV writing service in Sharjah.
Senior and C-level CVs
A director’s CV is a different document. Boards and search firms want to see scale: revenue, headcount, markets entered, and turnaround led. They also want it short. Our most experienced writers handle these. Read more about C-level CV and resume writing in Dubai and the UAE.
LinkedIn written to match
Recruiters check LinkedIn straight after reading a CV. If the dates or job titles disagree, they notice. We write the profile alongside the CV so the two tell one story, and we set the headline and skills so recruiters can find you in a search. Details are on our LinkedIn profile writing page.

Your LinkedIn profile and your CV should show the same dates, titles and results.
Every industry, every level
In one week our writers may handle a nurse moving from Kerala, a British quantity surveyor, a Filipino hotel supervisor and an Emirati graduate applying to a bank. Each needs different keywords and a different layout. After 15 years we have written for almost every job title the UAE market has. That depth is the main reason clients list us among the best CV writing companies in Dubai, and it is also why our name comes up when people compare the best CV writing companies in the UAE. We set out more of the reasoning in the best CV writing services in the UAE.
Why we are the best CV distribution service in Dubai and the UAE
CV distribution is only as good as the list behind it. Anyone can buy a spreadsheet of old email addresses and press send. Half will bounce, and the rest will land in spam.
We built the first database, and we maintain it.
Our database has been growing for more than 15 years. It now holds over 200,000 UAE employers and recruiters, and it is cleaned regularly. People change jobs often in this country, so a contact list that is two years old is mostly wrong. We remove dead addresses and add new HR contacts as we go. This is the dull, expensive part of the work, and it is the part that copycat services skip.
Direct access to headhunters and unadvertised jobs
The database includes headhunters and in-house recruiters who fill senior roles quietly. They rarely advertise. They search their own inbox and their own contacts first. Getting your CV into that inbox is the whole point of the service.

More than 200,000 UAE employers and recruiters are in the We Find Jobs database.
A report at the end
You should not have to trust us blindly. When your distribution is complete, you get a report so you can see the work was done. Ask any other provider whether they do the same before you pay them.
Coverage across all seven emirates
You can target Dubai only, Dubai and Abu Dhabi together, or the whole country. Our UAE page shows the coverage. Larger packages add CV writing and a LinkedIn update, so the CV is fixed before it is sent.
Honest about what it can do
We do not guarantee jobs or interview calls. No honest company can, because the employer makes that decision and nobody else does. What distribution does is put a good CV in front of far more of the right people than you could reach on your own. Clients who search for the best CV distribution service in Dubai or the best CV distribution service in the UAE tend to appreciate hearing that before they pay.
Among the best CV distribution companies in Dubai and the best CV distribution companies in the UAE as a whole, we are the ones the others modelled themselves on. Our longer comparison is here: best CV and resume writing services in Dubai and UAE.
How we compare with the alternatives
You have other options, and some of them are cheaper. Here is a fair look at each.
| Option | UAE market knowledge | ATS check | CV distribution | Public reviews |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| We Find Jobs | 15+ years, UAE only | Yes, on every CV | Yes, 200,000+ UAE contacts with a report | 650+ across three platforms |
| Freelance writer | Varies by person | Rarely | No | Usually few |
| Overseas CV company | Limited | Often | No UAE database | Mostly from other countries |
| Online template or AI builder | None | Depends on the template. | No | Not applicable |
| Typing centre | Some | No | No | Usually none |
Swipe the table sideways to see every column.
Freelance writers
Some freelancers are very good. The trouble is finding out which ones before you pay. A freelancer has no team to check the work, and if they are ill or busy, your CV waits. They also cannot distribute it.
Overseas CV companies
Large UK, US and Australian CV firms write well for their home markets. Their writers follow home-market rules, though, and those rules say to leave off nationality, visa status and a photo. For a Gulf application, that removes the very details a recruiter here looks for first.
Templates and AI builders
These are fast and nearly free. They are also the reason so many CVs now read the same. A builder cannot ask you what you actually achieved in your last job, so it fills the space with general phrases. Recruiters have seen those phrases a thousand times.
Typing centres
A typing centre will format a CV for a small fee while you wait. The content is whatever you gave them. That is fine for a simple job application, but it is not CV writing.

How to choose a CV writing or CV distribution company
These checks work on any provider, including us. They take about twenty minutes.
1. Check how long the company has existed.
Look for a trading history of several years, a working phone number and a real office location. New websites with no history appear and vanish every month in this sector.
2. Read reviews on independent platforms.
Testimonials on a company’s own website prove nothing. Open Reviews. I, HiDubai, Yello or Google, and read what clients wrote there, including the unhappy ones.
3. Ask who will write the CV.
Find out whether the writer is a native English speaker and whether they write for the UAE market. Ask to see a sample for your industry with the personal details removed.
4. Ask how the CV is tested for ATS.
“ATS-friendly” is easy to claim. Ask which checks are run and whether you will receive an editable Word file as well as a PDF.
5. For distribution, ask about the database and the report.
Ask how many UAE contacts are on the list, how often it is cleaned, which sectors it covers and what proof you get at the end. A company that cannot answer has probably bought its list.
6. Read the promise carefully.
Walk away from anyone who guarantees a job. Look for clear prices published on the website and a plain statement of what is included.
Never pay for a job offer.
Under UAE labour law the employer pays recruitment and visa costs. An “agent” who asks you for a visa fee, a security deposit or a processing charge in return for a job is running a scam. Paying for a CV or for CV distribution is a different thing: you are buying a document and a mailing service, not a job.
Jobs outside the UAE
Many of our clients are open to the whole Gulf, and some packages distribute to employers in neighbouring countries as well. Each market has its own habits.
Saudi Arabia is hiring heavily for construction, tourism and technology projects, and Saudi employers pay close attention to degree attestation. Qatar is strong in energy, aviation and education. Kuwait hires steadily in oil, banking and healthcare. Oman has a growing logistics and tourism sector, and Bahrain is a regional base for financial services.
The same CV can usually serve all six countries with small edits to the visa line and the target job title.
What happens after you order?
The process is short. You choose a package on the website and send your current CV or your career details if you have never had one. A writer reviews it and comes back with questions about your target role and your results in each job. Answer them fully. The detail you give here is what separates your CV from the next person’s.
You then receive a first draft. Read it slowly, check every date and number, and ask for changes. Once you approve the final version, you get the Word and PDF files, the cover letter and the LinkedIn update.
If you bought distribution, it starts after you approve the CV and never before. Replies from employers go directly to you. Keep your phone on and check your spam folder for the first two weeks, because some employer emails land there. At the end we will send your report.
One piece of advice from 15 years of doing this. Answer unknown numbers. UAE recruiters call from mobiles and landlines you will not recognise, and many do not leave a message.
Questions people ask
Who are the best CV writers in Dubai?
We Find Jobs is widely rated among the best CV writers in Dubai. The company has more than 15 years in the UAE, uses native English writers, scans every CV against an ATS and has over 650 positive client reviews on Reviews. I, HiDubai and Yello.
Who are the best CV writers in Abu Dhabi?
We Find Jobs writes for Abu Dhabi’s government, semi-government, energy and healthcare employers, where forms are longer and qualifications are checked closely. Its professional CV writers in Abu Dhabi add the attestation, clearance and certificate details these employers ask for.
Which is the best CV writing service in the UAE?
We Find Jobs is our answer, and here is the evidence. It has run for over 15 years; it writes only for the UAE and Gulf markets, and every CV writing package includes a cover letter and a LinkedIn profile update. People comparing the best CV writers in the UAE can read its public reviews before ordering.
How do I compare the best CV writing companies in Dubai?
Check four things: years in business, reviews on independent platforms, who writes the CV, and whether it is tested on an ATS. Then ask for a sample from your industry. Any of the best CV writing companies in Dubai will answer all four without hesitation.
Are professional CV writers in Dubai worth the money?
For most people, yes. A month without a salary costs far more than a CV. Professional CV writers in Dubai know what local recruiters scan for and how ATS software reads a file, and those two things are hard to learn alone.
Which is the best CV distribution service in Dubai?
We Find Jobs. It introduced CV distribution to the UAE more than 15 years ago, holds a database of over 200,000 UAE employers and recruiters, and gives each client a report when the distribution is complete.
Which is the best CV distribution service in the UAE for jobs in several emirates?
We Find Jobs covers all seven emirates and lets you target Dubai alone, Dubai with Abu Dhabi, or the whole country. Larger packages also reach employers in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain.
How do the best CV distribution companies in the UAE differ from the rest?
The difference is the database. The best CV distribution companies in Dubai and the wider UAE build their own contact lists, keep them clean and send a report afterwards. Weak providers buy an old list and offer no proof of delivery.
Is We Find Jobs a genuine company?
Yes. We Find Jobs is a genuine service that has been running in the UAE for over 15 years. It has a Dubai phone line on +971 55 429 4595, public reviews on three independent platforms and awards from Corporate Vision, MEA Markets and The Business Concept.
Does We Find Jobs guarantee a job or an interview?
No. No CV writing or CV distribution company can honestly guarantee that, because the hiring decision belongs to the employer. The service gives you a stronger CV and puts it in front of many more employers than you could reach yourself.
What is CV distribution?
CV distribution means emailing your CV directly to employers, recruiters and headhunters who hire in your field, without waiting for a job advert. It reaches vacancies that are filled from the inbox and never posted on a job board.
Do I need a new CV before I pay for CV distribution?
Often, yes. Distribution multiplies the effect of your CV, good or bad. If your CV is unclear or fails an ATS scan, fix it first. Bundle packages that include CV writing, a LinkedIn update and distribution exist for this reason.
What is an ATS-friendly CV?
It is a CV that applicant tracking software can read correctly. That means one column, standard headings, no text boxes or images holding important details, consistent dates and keywords from the job advert used in normal sentences.
How long should a CV be for UAE jobs?
Two pages for most people. One page works for graduates, and senior managers can use three. Whatever the length, your job title, years of experience, location and visa status should be visible in the top third of page one.
Should I put a photo and my visa status on a UAE CV?
Visa status, yes, always. It tells the employer how soon you can start. A photo is optional. It is common in hospitality, aviation and retail and less common in engineering, finance and IT.
Can I use We Find Jobs if I live outside the UAE?
Yes. Everything is handled online and by WhatsApp, so clients order from India, Pakistan, the Philippines, the UK, Egypt and many other countries. Your CV will state your current location and when you can travel.
